I have had a relationship with EMC over the past few years and I have always felt well taken care of by the doctors and the staff there.
My personal experiences have been with Dr. Anu, who takes care of both my boys and always is patient with their ailments, however minor. He always makes time to listen intently to both the child and the parents, which puts us at ease immediately.
Then Dr. Vinay, who took excellent care of me when I broke my wrist. Each dressing was done with utmost care and diligence. Now he is our go-to for any ortho related issues there.
Amongst the general physicians, I have interacted with both Dr. Smitha and Dr. Sandhya. Both have impressed with their experience and patience with me and my family. They have always been ready to answer any of our queries.
Special mention to all the nursing and support staff. Everyone is willing to help and guide you. When we go to a place feeling sick, seeing their re assuring faces helps to reduce our anxiety.
