I was admitted to Ernakulam medical centre Hospital in 14/04/ 2024 for my delivery . The quality of services provided was exemplary, under the expert care of Dr.Sheela Sadasivan and her team. The hospital, including Casualty team, labour room, lactation team,NICU,new 3rd ward (Mary sister and team),billing staff, and Operation Theatre, the professionalism and efficiency were outstanding. The nursing staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy and empathy, understanding the challenges faced by both me and my family. I was impressed by the careful and judicious management of medications, avoiding any unnecessary prescriptions. Additionally, the canteen services were commendable. I have been visiting Ernakulam Medical Centre for pediatric and gynecological services for the past one year , and I was thoroughly impressed. The pediatric department was staffed with caring professionals who made my child feel comfortable and at ease during their visit especially staffs in NICU.I am consulting Dr Grace Thomas for my baby, as she is senior consultant she is very knowledgeable and took the time to address all of my concern.
In gynecology, the staff was equally attentive and understanding. From scheduling appointments to discussing sensitive issues, they handled everything with professionalism and empathy. I was consulting Dr Susan John and she provided comprehensive care and made sure I understood all of my options.

One of the best Hospital of EKM, We have visited there for my wife's (Rakendu R) delivery. We consulted Dr Lissamma Joseph, she is very supportive and easy to approach.
