The hospital, including Casualty team, labour room, lactation team,NICU,new 3rd ward (Mary sister and team),billing staff, and Operation Theatre, the professionalism and efficiency were outstanding. The nursing staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy and empathy, understanding the challenges faced by both me and my family. I was impressed by the careful and judicious management of medications, avoiding any unnecessary prescriptions. Additionally, the canteen services were commendable. Dr is really down to earth and spends his valuable time hearing the whole issues with history, without any hesitation. I have been visiting Ernakulam Medical Centre for pediatric and gynecological services for the past one year , and I was thoroughly impressed. The pediatric department was staffed with caring professionals who made my child feel comfortable and at ease during their visit especially staffs in NICU.I am consulting Dr Grace Thomas for my baby, as she is senior consultant she is very knowledgeable and took the time to address all of my concern.

I recently had an experience at EMC Hospital.Overall I found it to be a positive one.The staff exhibited professionalism and compassion throughout my stay.The facility was clean and the atmosphere felt welcoming.moreover the hospitals facilities were well maintained contributing to a comfortable environment.

I am a native of Kottayam. We have been living in Ernakulam for 7 years. The first experience with EMC hospital was wife's delivery. We consulted Dr Susan, she is very simple and gentle in her behaviour. One of the best Hospital of EKM, We have visited there for my wife's (Rakendu R) delivery. We consulted Dr Lissamma Joseph, she is very supportive and easy to approach. She cleared all our concerns and guided us effectively during each visits. Also her prediction of date for delivery was exact. Thanks for duty doctor and the nurses for care and support that provided in labour room.
I have had a relationship with EMC over the past few years and I have always felt well taken care of by the doctors and the staff there.
My personal experiences have been with Dr. Anu, who takes care of both my boys and always is patient with their ailments, however minor. He always makes time to listen intently to both the child and the parents, which puts us at ease immediately.
Then Dr. Vinay, who took excellent care of me when I broke my wrist. Each dressing was done with utmost care and diligence. Now he is our go-to for any ortho related issues there.
Amongst the general physicians, I have interacted with both Dr. Smitha and Dr. Sandhya. Both have impressed with their experience and patience with me and my family. They have always been ready to answer any of our queries.
Special mention to all the nursing and support staff. Everyone is willing to help and guide you. When we go to a place feeling sick, seeing their re assuring faces helps to reduce our anxiety.

This hospital has very good service .except the Security Service .What we do know is Dr Dinesh Kammath sir. My son is 6 years old and I am coming here .
